Double Room For Rent In A Duplex Flat In Stockwell

One of our flatmates is moving from our duplex flat and we are looking for a new flatmate!

There is a spacious double room (4.10 m x 2.60 m) available in our 3 bedroom duplex flat. The flat has 2 bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs), living room, kitchen and 2 storage rooms. The room is fully furnished and on the top floor of the flat.

The flat is situated 5 minutes away from the Stockwell tube station, with the Northern and Victoria lines that run 24 hours, and 10 minutes away from Nine Elms Station (Northern Line). We are also close to Clapham and Battersea, with a lot of green areas and nice walks to enjoy.

We are looking for a new flatmate, preferably a professional over 22 years old who will be sharing the flat with two Spanish flatmates that work in the construction industry as engineers. Both of us are fluent in English and Spanish, but other languages are welcome.

The price for the room is £675 pcm and our landlord requires a deposit of £700.
