The room is cosy, great value for the price. The flat is very warm, gets great sun, with a decent lounge/outdoor terrace.
Less than 10 min walk to Stockwell and Clapham North tube stations, and Wandsworth Road overground. Also proximate to a number of bus routes, supermarkets, few good pubs, and your right up close to the classic The Swan, Stockwell.
Flat is very social and have dinners/drinks together sometimes, but we all do our own thing and respect each others space
