Room for rent

There is one double room available, located at the rear of the house, as indicated in the attached floor plan (4.11 x 2.36m). The room comes with a double bed and mattress, chest of draws, and has a large built in wardrobe.

There is a second room located at the front of the house (4.11 x 2.36m) that is used as a home office. This room is not included in the rent, but happy for you to use it to work from home once or twice a week (when I am at my work office).

I have the third room (3.43 x 2.90m) on the opposite side of the house (opposite side to the room up for rent).

Shared bathroom/toilet. The second toilet as indicated in the floor plan houses the dryer.

The house has been renovated to a nice standard, has been finished to a high standard, and is situated on a quiet, neighbourly Mews.

The house is a short walk from Gloucester Road underground, Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Hyde Park, Holland Park and Kensington High Street.

You will be sharing with a 35 year old male, who is professionally employed, and his two dachshunds.

The house is a non-smoking zone.

Due to lease restriction, I cannot share with couples (multiple occupancy restriction).
