Your room is a cosy double with a wooden bed frame, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside table, and a round mirror on the wall. It has high ceilings with original coving and a chandelier, plus art on the walls. You'll have exclusive use of the family bathroom, which is bright and fully tiled with a full-size bath, overhead shower with glass screen, pedestal sink, and a window that lets in loads of natural light.

We share a large open-plan lounge and kitchen — it's the real highlight of the flat. The lounge has a beautiful bay window with shutters, a fireplace, sofa, armchair, TV, and a desk area by the window if you work from home. The kitchen has white gloss units with black tile splashback, dark granite worktops, and all the appliances you'd need: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob, microwave, fridge, and freezer. There's also a dining table with chairs.

The flat is in a period building with loads of character — chandeliers, picture rails, wooden floors throughout. There's also a private garden out the back accessible via metal stairs, with grass, mature trees, and space to sit out in the summer.

A bit about me — I'm a young professional working in finance. I keep the flat tidy and sociable, and I'm looking for someone easygoing to share with. Open to anyone — the main thing is we get along and respect each other's space.

Rent is £1,500 pcm plus bills. Minimum stay is flexible. Available to move in ASAP and can be flexible on rent amount for the right person.
