Open Kitchen and Living Room

I have a spare room in my flat that I will be renting out for May and June. I am 27 year old female, looking for someone with similar age and interests. Ideally working at the office most days of the week.

The flat is 10 minute walk from both Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green. The flat has a large living and dining room with new patio. There is a large bathroom which we’d share so being clean and tidy is a must!

The bedroom is currently used as my office but can be turned into double bedroom with room for a desk. I am not looking for a permanent housemate, but rather someone to fill the room during the summer months.

I’m a pretty easy going housemate, I work from home most days of the week and often seeing friends in the evenings. I play netball in the week so always looking for new recruits! My job can be pretty intense so wouldn’t be a good fit for any week night party animals!

The room is available from start of May until start of July. £210pcw plus energy bills. Let me know if you have any questions !!
