Luxury river view apartment, 2 bed 2 bath in imperial wharf, double room available now with own bathroom with shower and storage space.
Large open plan living room, 2 seperate sofas, dining table and immaculate kitchen with new washing machine, dishwasher and all kitchen amenities included. I am looking for a male/female professional aged 25 to 50 who works office based. I am a personal trainer based in a local private members health club. I work 630am to midday then tend to pop home in my breaks and return to work for evening sessions 4 to 7pm most days. During the week I cook around 730pm and sleep by 10pm and tend to save my going out and socialising to the weekends. I ideally want someone clean, tidy and respectful of each other’s private space with an interest in health and fitness. There is a resident gym included. Bills are £150/ month each on top of the rent - total £1500 inc bills
