This is a 1,000 sq ft appartment in a low rise gated mews block in a conservation area overlooking Fulham Road, 10 mins walk to the tube with buses and bike rental stand just outside. Downstairs is also safe to put a bike.

This double room is available initially short term weekly, 4 weeks minimum for up to 3 months (may also be renewed monthly after that)

Available for short let min. 4 weeks (the rent will have a small add on for 2 people.

THIS WOULD SUIT ONE PERSON OR A COUPLE ARRIVING AND WANTING A CENTRAL LONDON PLACE WHILST THEY SEARCH THE AREA THEY WANT TO LIVE.

Currently one female has got the second bedroom but may or may not be there much and then plan to move out. This is a large appartment with a large roof terrace. It won’t suit someone who is working from home 4-6 days a week as the space would need to be shared equally. The living room and kitchen is one large area on the entire 2nd floor with the bedrooms are upstairs.
