Big and bright double room available in Stockwell

I am leaving this beatifull room in this lovely houase with amazing flatmate, so I am looking for someone that will love the house and take care for it, how I have done.

Current flatmates are three beautifull person in theyr 30, professionals from from Spain, Slovacchia, and Germany/UK.

We are like a family, respectfull and polite each other.
Sometime we like spend time toghether doing BBQ in our rooftop or going out for a beer or to listen nice music.
The room will be available from end of January beginning of February.
PS IMPORTANT: It only for professionals with a contract of work and references, because there is a credit check with the agency to do before to start the tennancy.
There is Ia also a fee of 80£ for the credit cheek and the new contract.

It's a really big room in alovely house, in a perfect area 10 min walking to Stokwell and close to Clapham Common.
