An enormous double bedroom in a large, airy maisonette flat in a quiet area of Nine Elms. The flat has a kitchen, separate living room, downstairs shower room, downstairs balcony, upstairs bathroom and 3 further bedrooms. I (the landlord) live there part time, and there are two other full time tenants, so there is plenty of space for everyone.

The area is great, with excellent transport links. 5 min bus to Vauxhall, 10 min bus to Clapham Junction, 5 mins walk to Wandsworth Road Overground and 15 min walk to Stockwell. The new Northern line Nine Elms station is also a 5 minute walk away.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from a Tesco and Pure Gym, and 10 minute walk to an enormous Sainsburys. We are also a 2 minute walk from the amazing Mondo Brewery Tap House - a real gem! If you're into stand up comedy, the Cavendish Arms is just 5 mins away and offers free comedy several nights a week, and we are also 5 mins from the Priory Arms, an amazing traditional pub. Battersea park is also a 15 minute walk away.
I have lived in this flat for 5 years, and often walk home on my own late at night. The area feels safe to me, and it is incredibly quiet on the estate.

In addition to the rent, we each contribute £65 per month to bills, which I deal with. The monthly bills can be paid either monthly (£65) or weekly (£15) whichever is easier.

We are a friendly, but quiet household. We all get on, but appreciate each other's space. Our home is our quiet oasis away from the bustle of London. We are looking for a long term tenant to join us.
