Spacious double bedroom: full time / part time let

Light and spacious double bedroom available in recently refurbished, two bedroom flat in Nine Elms (between Vauxhall & Stockwell).

I'm looking for a friendly flatmate either to move in full time, or I'm open to a part-time let and would reduce the rent proportionately to the amount of time you're looking to stay in the flat. The second option could work well for someone who's no longer required 5 days a week in the office and is splitting time between London and elsewhere.

About the property: it's a lovely flat on a quiet development minutes walk from the big Sainsbury's on Wandsworth Road. The flat has a little private balcony and access to a really well maintained, large communal garden.

Vauxhall tube is about a 10 minute walk away, as is Stockwell tube in the other direction. Multiple bus routes nearby, too.

The flat is surrounded by lots of beautiful residential streets, with great cafes and restaurants a hop, skip & a jump away. Embody Wellness for all your yoga & pilates needs is just by Vauxhall tube, and the Vauxhall leisure centre with swimming pool is close by on South Lambeth Road.

Vauxhall Park and the Pleasure Gardens (complete with City Farm) are the parks within walking distance of the flat, and Battersea Park is a short 10 / 15 min cycle away. Clapham Common is only about a 15 min cycle away, too.

I'm a professional working in sustainability in the fashion sector. Looking for a friendly flatmate who's independent, but also open to a natter. In normal life, I love all the good cultural stuff that London has to offer, especially musicals, as well as good food & wine with friends.
