This ad is for a two-three month sublet of a room in a Clapham flat. I will be away for this time, so room is available from now until March 23rd 2021.

Cosy room, split level. Bed is up 3 steps in an alcove area, bottom level has two chest of drawers, a clothes rack and chair. Stays warm in the winter. Room for storing things up in the alcove area at the bottom of the bed that can not be seen in the photos.

Upstairs flat on a quiet residential street. Four bedroom flat, one bedroom has ensuite, the other 3 share a bathroom. Full kitchen separate to the large living room. Great for lockdown activities.

Wandsworth Rd overground station is at the end of the road, 10 minutes walk from Clapham North underground station, 15 minutes walk from Stockwell station. Busses to Kensington or Trafalgar go from end of the road. 10 minutes walk from Clapham High Street where there is a large Sainsbury's, also multiple local Sainsbury's nearby. Waitrose and Iceland also on the high street. Many bars/restaurants, though not open at this time!

Three other flatmates will still remain. One Australian nurse specialist, one Welsh ITU nurse and one Australian who works in commodities. All social/spend time in the living room.
