The room comes with a single bed with underneath storage but is big enough for a double bed. Huge double wardrobe with drawers. Enough room to fit a decent size desk for working from home too.

There is also the possibility of another much larger room with an ensuite for £750.

The shared living room comes furnished with a massive dining table. There are two, two seater sofas and a TV.

The flat is in a fantastic location in a safe gated development. 12 minutes walk to stockwell, Only 12 minutes walk to Vauxhall. . City only 20-25 minutes by tube.

The current housemates are 2 very sociable males in their early thirties. They enjoy watching movies, listening to music and having a few drinks on occasion.

Bill's are about £110 per month per housemate.

We have a cleaner who comes fortnightly which is included in the bills :)

Flat is available from the 1st November. We are flexible on move in date.
