Flatmate wanted for our great 3 bed flat in SW8

Hello everyone,

Sadly our flatmate is moving out of London to be closer to their family, which means we are looking for someone new to join us in our lovely 3 bedroom flat.

🏠 ABOUT THE FLAT
➡ Large shared living/dining room
➡ One shared main bathroom, plus an additional shared toilet
➡ Refurbished about 4 years ago, and we keep things clean so everything is relatively new/fresh
➡ Really close to Larkhall Park, which has outdoor gym equipment and tennis courts
➡ We have a cleaner come fortnightly to clean the communal areas (the cost of this is included in the rent/bills)
➡ Parking permits and bike shed space are both available options

🛏️ ABOUT THE ROOM
➡ Large double room
➡ Desk
➡ Big windows with lots of natural light
➡ LOADS of storage space
➡ In addition to the (good) WiFi, the room has an Ethernet cable to ensure you have great internet signal

🗺️ TRANSPORT LINKS
➡ There is a Santander bike station just outside the flat
➡ Wandsworth Road has plenty of bus stops
➡ Three tube stations (Stockwell/Clapham North/Nine Elms) are each a ~12 min walk away, so both the Victoria and Northern lines are very accessible
➡ Wandsworth Road Overground station is also only a ~6 min walk away

👋 ABOUT US
➡ Yasser is a data scientist from Glasgow, who works from home. He likes reading, cooking and baking - but is also into all sorts of sports: mostly hockey, climbing and the gym, but he could be tempted for more! He is always up for a new adventure, exhibition, escape room or whatever you might come up with!
➡ Zoe is from Exeter, and works in the civil service. She works from home one or two days a week, but mostly works in the office. She loves going out for dinner and/or drinks in the evenings, and at the weekends you can usually find her at the theatre, wandering around a museum, or watching football.
➡ We like the flat to be a social place, but are also respectful of each other's space. We have a nice balance between doing our own thing and organising fun activities together.
➡ We are both clean and tidy.
➡ In case you had any doubts: we are LGBTQ+ friendly!

💬 THE BORING BIT
➡ The room is available from Saturday 1st June.
➡ We are planning on arranging viewings for the 2nd and 3rd May. Ideally you will be able to come and see the space/meet us in person, but we will consider zoom viewings if that’s needed.
➡ Rent is £990 per month, which includes a fortnightly cleaner for communal areas plus all bills except WiFi. The WiFi is an additional £11 each per month.
