Room in Top Floor Flat in Nine Elms/Vauxhall!

Cute cozy box room available between Vauxhall and Nine Elms! There’s 3 rooms in total and the two other tenants are both girls so preferably another girl too. Being comfortable with dogs would also be great as one of the tenants occasionally dog sits. The bathroom is shared with only one other flatmate as one flatmate has an en-suite and the kitchen and living room are open plan. Since this room is the smallest the rent is very low for the location.

Bills work out to be an extra £150 a month! The last photos are how the room looks now with all of my things, which will all be going.

The location is great, there’s a bus stop right outside, Nine Elms station is about a 6 minute walk and Vauxhall Station is about a 10 minute walk. There’s a Co-Op on the street and a big Sainsbury’s right next to Nine Elms Station, with Asian grocery stores next to both Nine Elms Station and Vauxhall Station. Message me for anymore info! :)
