HUGE double room vauxhall oval £650

A large double room in a quiet mews behind Oval station. The house is a duplex with the bedrooms on the ground floor and a large airy sitting room (I decided I needed a desk over a dining table) on the first floor with floor to ceiling doors, open plan and a small but fully equipped kitchen. Its a very tight community and we all know each other pretty well and look out for each other.
The room has a double bed, two wardrobes, chest of drawers etc. Newly refurbished to a high standard.
Room for a desk or lounge chair.
This isn't a party house but somewhere I can escape work and relax. My clubbing days are over. The house is very clean and tidy.

About Dexter.
Dexter is a 14 year old Labrador who loves people, food and attention, not in that orde. He is rarely left on his own for more than an hour

I work in the arts, its a demanding job so my home is somewhere I go to switch off
Im super tidy but not a clean freak
I work from home maybe two days a week

About you
You must be a heavy sleeper, the house is upside down and Dexter is a very early riser due to health issues. You respect privacy and when needed, space
Please know how to use a hoover and washing up liquid.

Most important you must like dogs esp geriatric ones who will shower you with affection one minute and need an hours sleep to recover for the excitement

I have a very special relationship with Dexter, his welfare is the single most important thing to me. Its going to take someone pretty special to live here and understand that bond.

The room is available from the 8th June maybe earlier
Rent is £650 per month plus £40 for utility bills (gas and electricity)
