Three other flatmates are all male in their mid 20s, but female applicants should not be put off! Our previous housemate was female and we all got on really well. Everyone works full time Monday-Friday, mix of professions and interests, tend to socialise in the living room most evenings.
The room is available from Sunday May 14th, preferable move out date is ~3rd December (when the previous tenant comes back), but there is some flexibility on this.
