Double room is available for ~6 months as the current occupant is moving away temporarily.

The flat is in an excellent location for transport links as it is <10 minutes from Stockwell (on Northern and Victoria lines), and 5 minutes from Wandsworth Road (overground).

Room is a good size double directly opposite bathroom (separate toilet down the corridor). Large living room has dining table that can comfortably sit 6, large TV and a balcony out the side. Kitchen is well kitted out, plenty of storage and modern appliances. Washing machine and brand new tumble dryer available in the flat.

Three other flatmates are all male in their mid 20s, but female applicants should not be put off! Our previous housemate was female and we all got on really well. Everyone works full time Monday-Friday, mix of professions and interests, tend to socialise in the living room most evenings.

The room is available from Sunday May 14th, preferable move out date is ~3rd December (when the previous tenant comes back), but there is some flexibility on this.
