I have a spacious double room going in a top floor victorian flat. It's in a great Zone 2 location, 10 mins from Stockwell or Oval tube, nearby to Clapham, Brixton, Oval and Kennington.. Its a lovely, quiet residential street.
The room is fully furnished including a large wardrobe and desk.
There is a shared (newly renovated) kitchen / lounge. Standard amenities: washing machine, dishwasher.
The other tenant an easy going, clean and tidy professional female. The room is available for three months. We may be able to arrange a longer tenancy if you need it, after that (but the rental costs may go back up the market rate!).
Also i ticked that i have no pets - but there are some fish!
