I am currently looking for tidy professional tenants (1 per room), respectful of each other's space and comfort (not a party flat) and who can take care of the place as if it is your own home!

The house will have maximum 2 tenants, plus myself (the landlord). This leaves a lot of space for all of us to enjoy our privacy, spend some time together when we want to and relax. Please note I have a cat, who is loving, well behaved and I love him to bits :-)

About me: I am a City professional myself, work from office in Bank area 3x/week. I am a foodie. I love binge watching tv shows, travel and reading. I also try to work out and go to the gym a few times per week - to balance the foodie part :-)

The rooms available are as follows:

Room #2: 15 sq. meter double room with wardrobe included, also fully furnished. + Optional Private office room 10m2 for 300£/month

Bedrooms come with their own PRIVATE bathroom.

Bathroom #2: Big walk-in shower with same rainfall shower head.

There is an additional separate small toilet on the ground floor for guests. We will have a shared kitchen, spacious shared lounge, house patio garden to enjoy in the summer !

The house is located in SW9 which is a super convenient location:

5 minute walk to Brixton Tube Station
10 mins walk to Stockwell Tube Station
11 mins walk to Clapham North Tube Station
13 mins walk to Clapham High St Overground Station

Brixton has been and is currently going through major redevelopment, making this area very popular to reside in. There are an infinite amount of restaurants around if you are a foodie like me :-)

This will suit a professional wanting a calm place and all the convenience of Brixton and Clapham High street as well as quick access to the City (Moorgate, Bank, London Bridge), Soho and Shoreditch areas. The area is situated right in the middle of green spaces and parks, therefore there is no shortage where to go for a stroll. There are also numerous gyms around suiting all budgets and fitness levels.
