Hey everyone! We are looking for the newest addition to our homely 3 bed flat in Stockwell. Our friend is moving out and we are looking for someone friendly, up for dinner parties, trips to the pub, the odd night out and who wants to make the flat a home 💗

The room is unfurnished, rent is £950 per month and bills are around £100. It’s available 19th April but could be earlier if needed.

The flat is clean and bright, split across two floors with the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The living room and balcony are south facing so the flat fills with sun ☀️

About us 💗

We are Tabby (25) and Aggi (26) from London and Northumberland and have lived here for 1.5 years after meeting on SpareRoom and becoming good friends. We work in PR/public affairs and the civil service and Aggi works from home a couple of days a week.

We love our home and have created an easy going, well looked after space for us to relax in after a long day at work as well as hosting the odd flat party or games night. Most importantly we are looking for someone who is not only a flatmate but a friend too!

Location 📍

The flat is located next to the lovely Slade Gardens park and it’s just a 10 min walk to Stockwell tube station with both the Northern and Victoria lines so it’s amazingly well connected. There’s also a bus stop just outside.

We’re a 10 min walk into both Clapham North and Brixton so there’s loads restaurants, cafés, pubs and bars nearby. Our local is the Crown and Anchor just 2 minutes away! 🍻

We have a mini Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Co-op within a few minutes walk as well as a big Lidl 10 min away which is ideal.
