We have a large double room going in our five bed house in Stockwell/Clapham North, ideally for someone to move in from April 16.

The house has three floors, two bathrooms and an additional downstairs toilet, with the available bedroom located on the second floor sharing a bathroom with two others. We have a large sitting room and separate spacious kitchen (with a six seat dining table) and a cute little patio which gets the sun in the mornings - perfect for breakfast on a sunny weekend!

The double room is front facing with two large windows and is furnished with a bed, two wardrobes and chest of drawers. There is also room for a desk / additional furniture. It's really light and gets the sun in afternoons.

We’re in a really great location in the triangle between Clapham North, Stockwell and Brixton so have the Northern line 5 mins away, Victoria line 10 mins away and the overground from Clapham Highstreet. We’re also a walk away from Brockwell Park and Clapham Common and have a big Sains / Tesco / Lidl close as well as Sains local and Co-op.

About us:

We’re four 26/27 year old women who have known each other since university and have been living here for two years - our fifth flatmate is moving out to go travelling in April, and so we’re looking for someone who’s tidy, considerate and easygoing to fill her spot. We’re working 9-5 jobs in journalism, civil service and social work and ideally looking for someone on a similar schedule. We're a veggie/vegan household, no smokers. We love a cosy night in but equally, we're all social and out the house various times a week so would want someone who fits in with this!

The room is £910 pm + bills (roughly £70-100)

We’re doing viewings on March 27 and 28, for a move in between w/c April 8 and w/c April 15, although we can be flexible on this. We’re on a rolling contract (two months notice) and are looking for someone who can stay three months minimum, but ideally longer!
