Hello! We're Max and Fayz, 2 young professionals looking for a third flatmate.

About the flat:
The flat is a 3 bed, 2 bathroom recently renovated new build with rooftop terrace (pictures attached, furnishings to change, room to be updated with a double bed). We'd be looking to move in during June - time flexible. The flat has excellent connections to central london (~15 mins from Oval station, ~20 mins from Stockwell - near both northern & victoria lines) so is ideal for commuters.

About us:
We're 2 Scottish graduates from Edinburgh University who moved down to London for work. We like cooking, socialising, gaming and are a massive pair of nerds. Enjoy a good flat meal/ movie night and watching F1 (firmly team Lewis). Would like to meet up & get to know you a bit before moving in together.

About you:
Ideally looking for another young professional for council tax reasons. Similar interests not necessary - open to anyone who will put up with us! Must be tidy and respectful of flat and each other.
