Thanks for letting me know, sorry to hear about the situation. Leaving in April will apply breaking your contract, you have 2 options:
- Look for a replacement tenant yourself - 1 week cancellation fee to be applied
- In case you would like for our help to advertise - 2 weeks cancellation fee (if your move out date is from 9th April)
In both cases you are liable for the rent until the new tenant moves in
