We’re looking for a friendly, tidy, and easygoing flatmate to join our home in the heart of Marylebone

The Room
A bright and well-proportioned double bedroom with plenty of natural light. The room comes unfurnished, so you can truly make it your own. There’s also the option to purchase the current bed from the outgoing flatmate if that’s helpful

The Flat
A clean and well-maintained flat, currently being furnished (including the living room). It features a spacious living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and 1.5 bathrooms. The building also benefits from a lift and a concierge (9–5, Mon–Fri) who can accept deliveries.

It’s a relaxed and friendly home — somewhere we enjoy a chat over dinner but also respect each other’s space

Location
Located right in Marylebone, the flat is incredibly well connected:
• 5–10 minute walk to Baker Street, Marylebone, Marble Arch, and Edgware Road
• Around 20 minutes to Paddington
• Close to Regent’s Park, Hyde Park, and Marylebone High Street

We’re surrounded by great cafés, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, and local shops — everything you need on your doorstep

About Us

Tom (On the left) – I’m a Belgian living in London for the past 7 years, studying and now working in consulting. I really enjoy staying active (running, cycling, gym, spa…) as well as trying new restaurants or grabbing a drink with friends (with the occasional night out). Really value a fun atmosphere in the flat while respecting shared spaces

Leandro (On the right) – Born in Venezuela and grew up in Scotland. Also, been living in London for the past 7 years. Currently working in operations consulting. Similar hobbies to Tom including running/gym as well going grabbing dinner/drinks on the weekends.

About You

We’re ideally looking for a professional (23–35) who is considerate, clean, and sociable. Someone who treats the flat as a home and contributes to a friendly, easygoing atmosphere.
