Beautiful Large Luxury Accommodation in Soho

I am living in a large two bedroom apartment in the heart of the city. It is just 2 minutes walk away from Piccadilly Circus, a 4minute walk from Oxford Street/Oxford Circus. The apartment faces inward from the main street (Meard Street - a pedestrianised quiet street) and therefore the apartment is very peaceful and quiet - it is not disturbed by noise from the street.

ALL bills are included within the price.

The apartment has just been decorated and furnished with beautiful Laura Ashley interiors, it has a new kitchen (including new - dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and large fridge freezer) and new bathroom (bath and shower) and wonderful wooden floors throughout. The double bedroom is the room available and it offers ample space. In the lounge I have Apple TV connected to watch any movies or tv series you like. All towels, bedding, iron etc is available to you. Some of the necessary items we have are as follows: Nespresso machine, Miele Vacuum, Ironing Board, Xbox, PlayStation, DVD player; the flat is completely ready to move into!
I am lucky enough to have TWO huge roof terraces, one private and one communal, something which is impossible to find in our prime location, and you're welcome to have BBQs up there or drinks in the summer time.
I am looking for an easy going flat mate to share this space. I have a job with long hours so unfortunately I won't be around much except late evenings, but I am a sociable, kind natured, respectful person who is clean and always happy to help.
I have a little cat who is well trained (no potty issues whatsoever) she is very affectionate. I see her as a huge addition to the flat, she is welcoming, even if a little playful!
