Apartment is light, spacious, modern and very warm in winter (underfloor heating). It's low maintenance and fully equipped with everything you'll need including kitchen gadgets - Nespresso, Nutribullet, Juicer etc

The room is a large double with bed, side tables, lamps, desk, chair, drawers and standing wardrobe for storage. Linen + towels available if required.

I am a friendly, social and well house-trained Kiwi that works in recruitment.

I am looking for someone easy to live and share communal space with - watching a film or having dinner together every so often would be an added bonus.

If you're a gym bunny - Fitness First, Anytime Fitness and brand new leisure centre + lap pool are all near-by.

Things to do: Chamberlayne Road with it's pubs and cafes; and of course the beautiful Queens Park with tennis court, animal farm and small golf green just a 10min walk away.
