I am looking for someone to take my room in this nice house. It is a beautiful room, the house is very clean, there is a large garden attached to the house and the flatmates are great to live with.
The housemates are professionals so it is a calm house in a pleasant neighborhood. It is located in zone 2 Central London close to Maida Vale and Queen's Park. There is a washing machine and all other essentials.
The metro is only a five minute walk and there are shops nearby.
Bills and wifi are included in the rent. If you pay every 4 weeks the rent is 780. I paid every 31 days, then the rent is 737 per month.
