Lovely garden double room with own bathroom

We are four young professionals looking for someone to occupy the lovely room available in our home until our contract expires on the 13th of June 2020.
The property has been refurbished in the summer of 2018 to a high standard.

This room has great views as it's the only one with direct access to the garden (there is also access from the shared living room) and it's the only bedroom on the ground floor with the other 3 bedrooms on the first floor.
The room benefits from a double bed and night stand, two large closet spaces, a small sofa and a smart TV.

This spacious room has plenty of storage as well as its own bathroom with shower. We also have the benefit of another small room which we use for storage.

Our home is very quiet and we all respect each other's privacy and the shared space.
We also enjoy hanging out from time to time. We are looking for a nice, kind young professional to welcome into our home.

As far as connections go, Queen's Park station is 5 minutes away with great access to central London using the Bakerloo line or the Overground.
There are plenty of small shops on our street as well as a larger M&S Foodhall about 4 mins away and a Sainsbury Local, Co-op and Planet Organic about 10 mins away.
There are amazing brunch places and restaurants 5-10 minutes away on Salusbury Road.
