A large and comfortable four bedroom duplex to share with two females. Plenty of space to find your own quiet space to chill.

Downstairs there is a modern recently fitted kitchen with washing machine and dryer, dining room, toilet, and a large sitting room leading to private paved back yard (the only place where smoking is permitted).

Upstairs are the four bedrooms (the smallest is used as a work space), a bathroom with shower over tub and also a separate shower room.

Your room has a single daybed which is comfortable for both sleeping and sitting on. There’s an additional bed underneath for occasional guests. A big window means the room is always bright and light. A big fitted wardrobe, shelves and a dresser provide plenty of storage.

We have a ginger cat who likes to think she owns the house.

We are vaccinated and taking sensible COVID precautions. We only want a housemate who is similar.

We have a piano which you are welcome to play but you may need to have it tuned as no one is playing it at the moment.

The area is fun and lively with a good selection of coffee shops (Gail's, Starbucks, Costa etc), restaurants (Lebanese, Turkish, Indian, Chippie and GastroPub), library and a good selection of shops, beauty salons, gyms etc. We even have a microbrewery! In the summer everyone spills onto the streets.

M&SFoods, sainsbury, coop and Planet Organic all minutes away, and a brilliant Farmers Market every Sunday.

Lovely Queens Park is just a few minutes walk away.

A nightbus from the West End stops almost outside the door, Queens Park station (Bakerloo and overground) is about three minutes walk. Brondesbury Park overground is just a little further.

Kilburn High Road is within easy walking distance and Westfield White City is a short bus ride.

On street parking available by permit (around £150 a year) or metered (free after 6. 30pm and weekends).

Rent is £700 plus bills for one person only. One month short let is available for £1400 inc bills.
