I am a live in landlady who is a key worker working in education and social care. I am very easy going. I have a newly decorated Clean double room for rent on second floor of town house. Shared use of shower room/toilet as well as large kitchen on ground floor. Beautiful back garden can also be used but no BQ allowed on artificial grass. Rent and deposit has to be payed in advance before room is available. References and Identification is needed before hand . This is a quiet peaceful family home and I have 2 friendly small dog as well as a small parrot that lives down stairs (due to this no other pets allowed) . The property is near to many parks and shops, the famous Portobello market is a short walk away. Public transport is also near. Room available from March the 20th 2021 due to
1. new flooring being layed on ground floor.
2. Large mirror and TV fitted to into rented room.
Room would suit a tidy quite non smoking professional. woman. Room will be hoovered once a week and toilet paper, washing up liquid and dish washer tablets will be part of the package. Aswell as GIGAFAST fibre optic broadband and use of a new TV with DVD player with an Alexa fire stick.
