We are looking for someone to join the current occupants of the house. They are two men who have been tenants of ours for many years. One having lived in this property for over 9 years. They are exemplary tenants & keep the house in very good order. They are both English speaking Portuguese. It would suit an independent person who likes to keep their surroundings in good order.

There are 3 double bedrooms, bathroom & an L-shaped living room with open plan kitchen & french doors onto the garden. There is side access - useful if you have a bike.

The rent is £650 pcm with bills extra of approximately £120 - £150 pcm (council tax Band E, water, gas, electricity & wifi)

East Acton (central line) tube is 5 minutes' walk away. Westfield is easily accessible as is the overground station at Shepherds Bush & many local amenities.
