Hello.

After two years, our house mate is moving out for pastures new. My girlfriend Maria and I now have a room going spare.

About us:

We're friendly, down to earth and easy going so happy to meet you and get to know you first if it makes you feel more comfortable :)

We’re conscious and flexible to peoples living boundaries and preferences- but we’re pretty friendly and ideally looking for someone laid back, clean and easy to live with. Myself and Maria stay ontop of household chores, cleaning communal areas once a week. We enjoy going out but also mindful of each others time and space. We both have our own social and work lives so we're happy to have hermit days too. There are 4 bed rooms in total, but myself and Maria are sharing one, so we have a fair bit of extra room in the house, perfect for someone who likes privacy.

I'm a Product Manager working from home 9-5, in central London, working from the office twice a week.

Maria is originally from Italy and works as a neuroscience researcher currently in the office every day.

We're both sociable, enjoy going out, pubs and bars, doing new things. I also play football on the weekends and gym. We work pretty hard so we respect each other’s down time!

About the home:

It comes fully furnished with a TV, broadband and utilities all set up and ready to go.

The room has a double bed, a fitted desk and chair, as well as wardrobes. 2 bathrooms. I have budget for any extra bits of furniture you may require.

The best thing about the house is that it's a 30 second walk away from a Zone 2 Central Line station! Super convenient for commuting.

It's also 15 minute journey into central London, Oxford Circus. Westfield shopping centre is a 5 minute train journey away. There is also an Icelands/Lidl and a host of convenience stores a couple minutes walk away. It's also very close to Hammersmith hospital.

We're also a 30 second walk away from Wormwood Scrubs and the Linford Christie stadium. There's lots of green space, and I tend to have afternoon walks/jogs and play football/do sports here.

Rent is £950 per month including bills, broadband, council tax etc which I take complete care of.

We've also got a ps5 and netflix/amazon prime/now tv in the living room if you're into that sort of thing.
