Lovely double bedroom single occupancy only

Hi everyone, unfortunately my lovely flatmate is moving and I’m looking for a new tenant to share the flat with, starting from the 15th of June (minimum stay 1 year rent). The room is on the upper level of a 4 bedrooms’ shared house and the rent is £ 700 p/m bills included +£20 p/m for the electricity. In a new tenant we are looking for a professional female (preferably no students or someone who mainly works from home. No couples allowed), sociable, clean (essential) tidy (essential), mature and respectful to the house rules (essential). Someone who wants to enjoy time with their flatmates but also appreciates when someone needs time to themselves, You’ll be joining an International house with 2 Italians (48 and 30 yrs) and 1 Romanian (47 yrs)The flat is located in a quiet area with good public transport links to Shepherd’s Bush and Hammersmith tube stations.
