We have a Double room (single occupancy) available in charming and centrally heated shared house in East Acton. Generally our tenants are from Australia and New Zealand, with some from Canada/Europe too. They come over on 2 year working visas, usually after finishing studying or a couple of years of work, to do some travelling and have fun! Perfect safe and quiet location but still really close to all the shops, bars, entertainment and restaurants. Shepherd's Bush (at Westfield shopping centre) are just 1 stop away on the tube.

There is a huge park 3 minutes' walk up the road and you are less than one minute from East Acton tube station, Zone 2 Central Line - which takes you straight into Oxford Circus in Central London. There is a large patio and garden at the back. You have your own Fridge in the room, a fully equipped kitchen and full (free) use of all laundry facilities. We also have a cleaner that comes once a week to clean the kitchen and bathroom, which is included.

The room is only £910 per month, including all bills, based on a three month contract (1 month's rent as deposit).
