Flexible move-in day!!

👯‍♀️We are two tidy and clean girls living in west london (Hammersmith) looking for a 3rd flatmate.

🏠 The house is a 2 levels house with one bathroom, separate kitchen, living room and garden to share. (And 3 bedrooms).
The kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave and fridge & freezer.

🚇Transport. The house is located between Ravencourt Park station and Stamford Brook station, both are District line. One stop away is Hammersmith where you can change for Picadily Line or Circle line. At the corner we’ve got a bus stop for 94 and 237 and at the other side we’ve got another stop with 218 and 306

🕴️We are looking for someone friendly who is also clean and tidy to move in since June. We are flexible with the move-in day. The ideal person should be someone sociable to do dinners all together sometimes. Responsable and respectful with others belongings (not food thief 🥺)

‼️ IMPORTANT! We rent the full house so the person should earn more than 32k a year to pass the bank check.

💵 BILLS!! They are usually 77 (water, electricity gas and council tax) and wifi is 12£.

🏢 We are looking for someone who work mostly from the office. Because one of us work from the living room 2/3 day a week, there are weeks which she travels or work the full week from the office.
