One of our awesome flatmates has moved on to new adventures, leaving a sweet room available in our charming home nestled between Hammersmith and Shepherd’s Bush (W12 - zone 2).

Here's what you need to know:

Location: A fantastic area with lively shops, parks and cute brunch spots nearby. Very well connected with bus, district - Hammersmith and City - Piccadilly and Central line.

Rent: £634 plus bills (around £100 a month).
House Details: Three-double room detached house spread across two floors, with shared kitchen and bathroom.

Room Details: Your room comes furnished with a wardrobe, bed, and chair. You can even request a desk from the agency if needed. All other room decor is yours to add your personal touch.

Housemates: Meet me, a 26-year-old Italian digital marketer, deeply immersed in the world of creativity. From painting to designing and even dabbling in videos, I'm always exploring new avenues. The kitchen is my forte, and you'll often find me out and about, taking walks or jetting off around Europe.
And there's Hugo, a 28-year-old Portuguese educator with an incredible musical talent. Not only does he excel in serenading us with his tunes, but he's also a master chef in his own right. With a penchant for cleanliness, a love for movies, and a joke always at the ready, Hugo adds a delightful charm to our household.

We're looking for someone who meshes well with our light, joyful, and creative vibe. If you're tidy, respectful, and up for a good chat, you'll fit right in! 🌈

Important Details:
Contract starts in August, but early move-ins can be arranged with the previous tenant.
Contract signing deadline is June at the latest.
Agency requirements include references and proof of income (at least 2.5x the annual rent share) and permanent contracts exceeding the contract term length (probation period has to be ended).
