The flat is a first floor conversion with high ceilings and feels airy and spacious. The bathroom has a very large shower area. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The living room has sofa and TV.

This is a tree-lined and quiet residential area just off the Uxbridge Road and Wormholt Road.

There is no smoking within the flat, but smokers are welcome as long as you smoke outside of the building

Please Note:
There are some cracks in the walls of the building caused by subsidence. The insurance company will be repairing these cracks and doing other works in about 6 months. This will be a major project and the flat will need to be vacated when this is done. Hence the rooms are available for short term only.
