Double Room Near Hammersmith

We have a lovely double room available in our spacious and cosy home near Hammersmith and are looking for a friendly flatmate to join us!

The room comes with a bed, chest of drawers, a small table. There's also wardrobe right outside the room on the landing which is yours to use as well as loads of storage in the flat :)

We’ve got a spacious living room with lots of natural light all throughout the home, it's perfect for big dinners or movie nights and a great kitchen with a huge gas hob and oven which is amazing for those who love to cook!

The flat is in a really great location - we’re in between Hammersmith, Shepherds Bush and Chiswick. 15 minute walk away from Ravenscourt Park and Stamford Brook and 15-20 mins away from Hammersmith station (or a 10 min bus). We’re also really well connected with the Central, Piccadilly, District, Circle, Elizabeth and Overground lines all either a short walk or bus ride away. Lots of cute cafes, shops, pubs, yoga studios and parks around the area too.

There are two other flatmates

Lara (me) - I’m 27, I work in TV and WFH 2 days a week. I love everything film and tv related and going to gigs, pubs, plays, the cinema, reading, cooking and exploring new areas but also love a chill day at home.

Tilde- recently turned 30. I work in events, which means I work from home a lot and then work away a lot! I call this balance.
You’ll find me in the many yoga studios around the flat, soaking up all the sun I can get outside a coffee shop, and going on long walks with my film camera.

We’re quite a social flat, whenever all of us are in we love having movie and TV nights, having flat dinners and going to the pub or park together. We really value living in a space that feels like a home so we’re looking for a flatmate that feels the same way.

Council tax is included in rent. Gas, Electricity and wifi is extra every month. In the summer it's around £40-50 each a month. In winter it's about £65-80 a month.

We are looking for a housemate who is friendly, respectful, clean, and a professional who works full-time.
