I'm looking to rent out a room for 2 months as my flatmate has had to move out on short notice

I am a professional working in financial services.
I'm very active, and I like getting out of the house.
Looking for a friend (Gym buddy too perhaps), someone who likes the occasional pint and going out.
I am mostly back to the office during the week now,

About the bedroom:

- 2.1 x 3.6 m (7.60 sq m)
It is the smaller of the 2 bedrooms in the house.

-- Mattress & divan (No storage underneath currently)
-- Chest of Drawers and/or Desk
-- Built-in cupboard (Just outside bedroom door)
-- Wall shelves
-- Curtains
-- Integrated electric heater

- There is a new insulated door that leads to a small balcony overlooking a garden.
- Lots of natural light

We can request additional furniture from the landlord if required. The space is versatile.

About the house:

- Bills are currently split & are not included. Covering Council Tax, Water, Electricity & Internet.

- Officially Semi Furnished but I've added furniture as time has gone by so mostly furnished now.

- Ground Floor (Don't have to climb 100 steps.....great after a long night out haha)

- Lots of natural light & very high ceilings

- Lots of storage space!
There is an integrated attic and full set of cupboards for storage.

Can't really beat West London.
It's a really safe area.

Very well connected!
- Overground, Central, Picadilly & District line all within a 10 minute walk.
- Kensington, Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush all within 10 minute walking distance.

- Not amazing for going out, is quieter than East/North London but lots of great restaurants & Westfield London is right around the corner.
