The flat has dual-aspect windows, so it gets excellent natural light throughout the day, and feels airy and calm despite its central location.

The studio is fully self-contained and furnished, with a separate, enclosed kitchen (not a kitchenette), private bathroom, and a comfortable living/sleeping area. It’s well set up for day-to-day living as well as working from home.

Price includes all bills (utilities, council tax, Wi-Fi), so it’s an easy, hassle-free option for a short stay.

While the primary availability is the full month of February, I’m very open to shorter stays within the month (for example, 1–2 weeks). This is my London pied-à-terre, so for the right person I’m happy to discuss ongoing or future flexibility too – such as split weeks or occasional week-by-week use later on.

Excellent Marylebone location with great transport links, cafés, shops, and green spaces nearby, while still feeling residential and quiet.
