Double room in Marylebone

Hello! We are looking for someone to replace our lovely flatmate who is moving in with her boyfriend. Ideally we would like a 26+ professional to join our flat. We are flexible on a start date - anytime from 07 March until 28 March.

ABOUT THE FLAT
The room is a double in a 3 bed, 2.5 bath flat in a great location - Baker Street, Marylebone and Edgware road stations are all under 10 minute walk away. It is also close to Marylebone high street where there are so many lovely pubs, cafes, restaurants.

ABOUT THE FLATMATES
Eleanor is 28 and works in regulation. Amy is 29 and works in strategy consulting. We are both in the office a minimum of 3 times a week so looking for someone with a similar work pattern.
We both are quite busy during the week seeing friends, going to the gym etc… but like to catch up when we are both in the flat! We’ve genuinely had great experiences living here - the flat is lovely, in a great location and the letting agents are really reasonable and speedy at resolving any issues.

BILLS
The room is £1200 a month and bills come to roughly £160 per month. This includes wifi, gas, electricity, water, council tax and a cleaner once a fortnight.
