I have a bedroom available in a quiet and cozy flat in Marylebone, an affluent, chic residential area filled with indie boutiques and smart restaurants. You will love the convenience of living in such a central spot but also appreciate the peacefulness of the flat.
It is close to all the local amenities of Marylebone, Hyde Park, as well as Marylebone, Baker Street, Edgware Road and Bond Street local underground stations.

The flat:
The flat has been newly renovated and is located in a 24hr concierge & secure building on a quiet road. It is located on an elevated ground floor with easy access.

The Room:
Very brightly lit by south sunshine and overlooking private grounds. It is a newly renovated one bedroom. The room is very quiet since it doesn’t face the road, invites plenty of light in during the day and has a cozy feels.
It is furnished with a wall double bed with fitted wardrobe with a lot of storage space.
I will add furniture in the lounge as per approved tenant's furniture choice.

General Information:
There is no Broadband but you can get your own.
If you have a television it will be in your bedroom, not in the main room.

No smoking or pets in the flat.
One person occupancy only.

The rent:
The rent Includes electricity and heating bills.
The rent also includes building management fees.
The council tax (1300£) will be in your name. I will advance the cost to you, so you can pay them.
