Double room, single use, available from Feb. Will consider short term. We have a cleaner but seeking someone considerate and house trained who’ll help to keep the flat clean and tidy.

Spacious double room, with double bed, big wardrobe, full lengh mirror, bedside table and comfy bed.

The rest of the flat consists of a big lounge, with a leather sofa bed + dinning table. Separate eat in kitchen with pretty good storage. A bathroom with a decent shower over bath (best of both worlds!) + toilet and a separate wc. There is a balcony and a comunal garden at the back. Strictly non smoking.

The location: 3 minute walk from Royal Oak station on the Hammersmith or Circle lines. Paddington, Warwick Avenue, Bayswater e Queensway stations are all walking distance from the flat. It's also a 15 minute walk to Hyde Park and around 10 to Portobello Market.

Ideally someone who’s at least 30 but will consider someone younger if mature. Not a party flat. If short term (min 1 month) bedding and towel can be provided.
