Common areas include a bright, big lounge, with a leather sofa bed + dinning table. Separate eat in kitchen with pretty good storage. A full bathroom with a decent shower over bath (best of both worlds!) and a separate WC. There is a balcony and a communal garden at the back. Strictly non smoking.
The location: 3 minute walk from Royal Oak Station on the Hammersmith or Circle lines - super convenient for Baker Street/Kings Cross, etc. Paddington Station (Elizabeth Line), Hyde Park and Portobello Road are all within a 15 min walk.
Mature flatmates, ideally looking for a flatmate who’s at least 30 but will consider someone younger if mature. NOT a party flat.
