Welcome to Cleveland gardens! One of the most famous garden square neighbourhoods in London.

Our 4 bedroom house has a room available with its own floor. Complete with all furnishings: two wardrobes, chest of drawers, full length mirror and a double bed with bedding, under bed drawers, bedside table and a double mattress.

Sharing a bathroom with one other female housemate who is lovely and clean!

The living room / dining area is huge and spacious complete with all furnishings and a tv. Then there’s the kitchen which comes with all utensils. You only have to bring yourself and the clothes on your back!

This room is priced at £660 PCM not including bills, they come in around an extra £55 a month including council tax (though this is an estimation). We also have a fortnightly cleaner that we take in turns to pay so budget £50 every other month.

We also have a special garden key which is for all residents of Cleveland square for get togethers, picnics and the annual bonfire night.

I’m so sad to be leaving this place, it’s such a steal for an amazing neighbourhood and lovely housemates! But alas, I have to move in with my partner.

I’m moving on the 14th December so we need someone who can move in on that day.

Deposit = £1000 to be paid to me, rent is £660 (31 days total) @ approx £21.30 per day.
The rent is due on the 10th of every month, I have paid the 4 days of discrepancy as I'm moving out on the 14th, so you will need to pay your first month's rent of £575. Super cheap and affordable for this beautiful and affluent area.

Current housemates consist of three Aussies; two girls and one boy and they are the most fabulous professional people!
