I have the other room my names joe and i am an engineer work mon - fri and am extremely laid back and looking for someone the same.
I enjoy crossfit, football, binge watching any new tv programs and can cook a sunday roast. Haha
Im very aware of peoples need for personal space and can respect it.. on the flip side i love meeting new people so I'm here for any general chit chat and a movie or series marathon haha..
I want the flat to feel like home to whoever decides on the room.
Also last but not least i have my dog that i have had since he was 7 weeks old. His extremely friendly and loves people.
Lastly i feel i should explain myself why my preference is towards a female roommate
Quite simply i feel i will be able to live better with a female roommate..
Ive had male roommates before and both occasions ive found them to be hardwork, untidy and mean towards my dog...
I have 3 sisters and find women to be more house proud caring and easier to get on with..
