The landlord wants the room filled so move in date is flexible, references and deposit can be handled once the right house mate is selected direct with the landlord.

Flat is cosy, fully-furnished and has a kitted out kitchen with all utensils. Close to Hyde Park, plenty of shops locally for essentials, short walk to Notting Hill for bars/restaurants. Good takeaway/delivery options in the area.

Close tube connections are a 5-10 minute walk away for either the central line, circle line or hammersmith & city line. On street parking is available if you can find a space and have a local permit.

Bills are approximately £125 per month (each), this includes Gas, Electric, Council Tax, Water/Sewage, TV license & Broadband.

There is a video intercom system, 3 flats above and 2 below. It is a peaceful, clean side street and safe area. The bedroom available gets no noise from the street, the other flats in the building are private and no trouble.

I'm looking for a professional housemate who is clean, tidy and responsible. The flat is the perfect size for 2 people, viewings are available 7 days a week at present to fit in with working from home schedule.
