This is an only girls' flat (4 b-rooms) on the second floor of a well looked after building. The rooftop can also be accessed and offers a splendid view, and it’s a great space for yoga or meditation. It is conveniently located next to🚉Bayswater (District and Circle line) and 🚇Queensway (Central line) tube stations. 🚇Notting Hill Gate and 🚉Royal Oak (Hammersmith and City, and Circle lines) are also minutes away walking distance🏃‍♂️. So, there are plenty of options for commuting and great connections towards anywhere in London. The building also has an elevator (old and a bit creepy😃but it adds personality to the place, so we like it). 24/7 CCTV surveillance.
Currently living here are three friendly girls from different professional and cultural backgrounds. If you’re reading this, it means that you could be the 4th lovely girl wishing to share this safe space with us. The flat itself is generally 👉quiet and kept very clean, aspects of which we are particularly fond of👈. We respect each other🙏 and maintain a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere in the house❤️. We try our best to have an 🌱eco-conscious behaviour by avoiding utility waste and recycling appropriately♻️🌍. We help and support each other and collaborate in all flat-related matters.
We have a serious weekly🌟cleaning routine🌟 and always approach things in a considerate manner. “Clean as you go” has become a habit for us, so the flat always looks nice and tidy.
The building manager is accommodating, and whenever we need something, he's very responsive.
The room comes furnished with a huge wardrobe, a bed, a sofa, a desk, a tall bookshelf, and a bedside table.
We also have a small living room where you can relax and enjoy an odd movie night 🎬🍿on the sofa🌃.
The bills are not included in the rent, and they will come at an addition of an average of £80/month.
