Double room in an amazing flat!

Central London-A double room is available to share with me (landlord). The flat is large and has a big living room with a dining table. You would essentially have your own bathroom (see photos) as i have an en suite. The flat has been fully refurbished and has a sleek, minimalist and modern look.

The flat itself is in a secure, portered block with CCTV and a lift. It is approximately 2 mins walk from Royal Oak tube station and bayswater, queensway and paddington stations are also within a 10 min walk, as is hyde park! There is a large waitrose opposite the building and numerous bus stops serve the area.

The rent is £1150/month which includes bills (electricity, 24 hour hot water, heating(!), WiFi etc). There is no cleaner so you are expected to help keep the flat clean!

P. S. there is a chest of drawers but no wardrobe in the room -there is a hanging rail available if you need it.

This is a short let available from 1st march onwards for up to 2 months (there a little bit of flexibility here but it is not a long term let).. It would be suitable for those who are between flats, or coming to London for a short trip. Sorry but it’s not suitable for those who wfh as I prefer the flat to be a home and not an office.
