Ive got a cosy double room in my flat in Acton. My current flatmate is moving out after a year so looking for the next Rachel to my Monica

About me
- I’m not in a rush to fill the place so ideally wanna find someone I’ll get along with.
- i work in tech and wfh most days.
- I like watching tv, going out for dinner with my friends, going on trips, festivals, the odd night out, and cooking

About the room:
- Double room in a really nice flat with double bed, mattress, wardrobe and bedside table.
- I have really nice neighbours, the block of flats has a gardener, window cleaners, and generally it’s kept really nice.
- As I own the flat and live here, legally you’d be a lodger, not a tennant
- Shared areas: Living room. Bathroom. Kitchen. You can access my bedroom balcony when I’m not in my room, and the garden spaces shared by the block
- Move in date: I’m flexible
- Minimum stay: flexible
- Maximum stay: flexible
- Rent: £845 pm but gas and electricity are on top based on usage

About the area:
- Acton mainline station (Elizabeth line) is 3 minutes away which is so convenient. North Acton is a 15 min walk. Acton central is a 10 minute walk
- The area is really pretty, family friendly, quiet and peaceful. Very typical residential area
All the major shops, cafes, and high street are all walkable distance
- if you have a car: its about £70-100 for a yearly resident car parking permit

Ideally about you:
- Works 9-5 and ideally doesn’t work from home much
- Doesn’t eat pork or okay with not cooking it in the house
- A clean but easygoing person
