Bright and spacious en-suite room to let in a big flat in Chiswick.

This room spreads over the entire top floor with lots of storage space and amazing views over London. It comes with a small en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and bath, and is furnished with a large wardrobe & desk. The bed is not on the inventory, but can be left behind for cheap if you’d like (bed frame + barely used double Simba hybrid mattress).

Located only a few minutes away from Turnham Green station and an array of lovely shops, restaurants and boutiques this flat comes with a roof terrace, a very big open-plan shared living room and is right opposite Chiswick Common Park.

The flat has a washing machine and dishwasher.

A note from the current housemates, Sophie and Sarah:
"We absolutely love the flat - it is very close to the tube and lots of bus stops, has lots of charming features and the rooms are a great size! We also have a roof top terrace which is great during the warmer months. Each room comes with their own bathroom so you never have to worry about a bathroom queue in the morning. The dishwasher in the kitchen also saves arguments about washing up.
We have lived here for 4 (Sarah) and 3 years (Sophie) and would like to continue turning this flat into a home rather then just a place to sleep. We're looking for a flatmate that is happy to spend time together in the flat for the occasional night in on the sofa together and who are a tidy, respectful and considerate.

There will be 2 years left on the contract in April. The other housemates love the place and really want somebody looking for a home, but you can replace yourself any time should you decide to leave before the contract end.

The total bills come out to around £112/m per person (that’s the yearly average from the past year as the power is more expensive in the winter and less in the summer). I'm happy to discuss leaving behind my fridge+freezer from the video and any other bits of furniture if you're interested.

Note: The advertised price of £810/m is reduced from £880/m for the remaining 2 years of the contract. For the right person who’s serious about taking over the contract, I’ll chip in the extra £70/m for the duration of the contract since already have accommodation with my boyfriend, so the earlier I can move out the better.
