Beautiful double room in loft conversion

This double room is situated in the loft conversion of our family home. The double room is on its own floor with another single bedroom (used as a study/sewing room and occasionally for family to stay) with a wardrobe, double bed, desk, chest of drawers, TV with Freeview & WiFi access.
There is a clean and modern shower room that is not ensuite but anyone staying in the adjacent bedroom will use the downstairs bathroom.
All bedding, sheets and towels are provided. All the bills are included.
The room is spacious, with plenty of light and storage.
The kitchen is available for making breakfast/tea & coffee and preparing your meals. You can use the washing machine & dryer. We live in a CPZ area so cars might be a problem. We can however manage as our most previous lodger had a car.
We are a quiet family of Mother and an adult daughter and son. We would like a lodger who likes their own space, who is friendly, outgoing and will respect our privacy too. Non smokers only, not even garden smokers please. We keep the front room for ourselves but the back room and kitchen we can all hang out in.

You can walk to Boston Manor Station in less than 10 minutes which means central London isn’t far away. We are also very close to GSK and Sky Head Quarters and many of our lodgers have worked there.

Our previous lodgers have really enjoyed staying with us & we have often got to know their families.
